【Global Month at Bunkyo】

This month is global month at Bunkyo Elementary School. So this week we read a short story about saying hello in different languages. 

The students practiced saying hello in Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Swahili, and other languages. The students had a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the lesson.

【今日の給食 1/20「焼ぎょうざ」】

・牛乳
・焼ぎょうざ
・ナムル
・豆腐の中華スープ

☆ ぎょうざは皮に焼き色をしっかり付けて、カリカリに焼き上げます。ザクザクとした食感になり、よりおいしくいただけました。

☆ ナムルはもやしやほうれん草、人参を合わせました。ごま油で調味し香ばしい香りがしています。ナムルは韓国の家庭でも、よく作られる定番の一品です。

☆ 豆腐が主役の中華スープです。豆腐は水っぽくならないように、一度蒸しました。とりがらでスープをとって調理しました。

来週の給食は「とりの甘辛揚げ」です。お楽しみに！
